General

Leasing & Applications

We are currently under construction and are only doing appointments and no tours. 
 

Please note: Everyone over 18 must have a valid photo ID to tour the community.

You can apply online through our website or visit our leasing office for assistance. All parties 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application and pay any and all applicable fees.

We require that you make 2 times the amount of the rent.

We require a completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income 2 times the rent, and a background and credit check.

Yes, our application fee is $44 per applicant. This is non-refundable and covers the cost of screening

The standard security deposit is $700, but this may vary based on credit and rental history. Additional deposits  apply for pets or other special circumstances.

We do not charge an admin fee

Yes,  We wouldn't be complete without our favorite furry residents!  All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile. There is a $200 pet deposit and $25/month pet fee.

Rent & Payments

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. There is a grace period till the 6th of the month before late fees are assessed on the 7th

Rent can be paid online through our resident portal, by check,Money Order,  or through automatic withdrawal.

No utilities are included in rent.

Community Amenities

There is no parking available for residents.

Laundry room is on site.

No but we have a multi-purpose room.

Lease Terms

We offer 6 month leases.

In accordance with federal tax credit guidelines we do not offer lease break fees and require you to fulfill your lease. If you move out early we will try to refill the apartment and your responsibility will end when a new resident moves in before your lease is up.

Maintenance & Repairs

You can submit requests through the resident portal or by calling the leasing office during business hours. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.

We aim to respond to all non-emergency requests within 24–48 hours.
